Our healthcare initiatives helps creates awareness on common physical and mental health issues faced by elderly. The program topics are focused and tuned to provide guidance to the elderly for to cope up with their health and wellbeing
We invite doctors from the best hospitals of Gurgaon, Noida and Delhi to connect with the senior citizen community. These include discussions on heart health, diabetes, joint pain, digestion, sleeping disorders, neurological disorders, physiotherapy, pain management and cancer. Doctors also offer free consultations to patients on certain selected days of the month.
We organize medical camps for screening over all geriatric health parameters. Camps are held regularly for screening of vision impairment, cataract, glaucoma, loss of hearing, diabetes management, arthritis, bone density, pulmonary functions, blood tests and more.
These events are highly interactive, and seniors leave the session with more information and are better equipped to self-monitor their health.

Talk by Orthopaedic doctor at Samvedna was one of the best especially for senior citizens because most of them suffer on account of joint pains. He also suggested exercises shown in his videos on you tube which are really good to keep joints healthy. I went to hospital to consult him and it was very useful. I am doing all the exercises with good results. Actually all talks at Samvedna are good and useful. Please keep it up Samvedna.

Health talk by Dr. Rajnish on Parkinson’s day at Samvedna is one of favourite. He enlightened us with all the relevant and useful information. Every caregiver and curious mind was answered with calmness. Doctor talked about the myths and ways to lead a healthy life. Thank you Samvedna Foundation for organising such useful talks for elderly.
